This hotel offers great value for money with its stunning ocean view rooms that have balconies overlooking the Agung Volcano. The attention to detail in the rooms, such as excellent lighting and enough electrical outlets, made my stay very comfortable. The location right by the waterfront was perfect for snorkeling and diving, and the friendly staff provided exceptional service. The delicious breakfast brought to the room was the perfect start to each day.
All was perfect, couldn't have asked for more.

This hotel is a hidden gem by the waterfront with stunning oceanview. The rooms with comfortable beds and balcony were perfect. The snorkel equipment provided for free was old, but it was still a nice touch. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.
The staff could be more informative about the Wi-Fi setup.

Sitting right on the shimmering shoreline is just fantastic. You can get up close to the ocean and relax to the sound of the waves crashing ashore. They have bikes available to rent from the front desk, which is handy. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, boasting stunning ocean vistas. the service is excellent and the breakfast and snorkeling gears are free to use. It's just a perfect beachfront getaway where you can snorkel, dive, and watch the fireworks while ringing in the new year.
Some of the staff were not as friendly or motivated as others, which may have resulted in mixed experiences.

Spent Easter here and the location was great! the views were incredible and it was nice to be close to shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful with arranging our transfers. We also liked that snorkeling gear was provided free, which came in handy as we went straight into the water to see the marine life.
the room lacked basic amenities like a fridge, and it was quite warm without air conditioning.

Central to everything in this city yet quiet once inside, this hotel had the best location. It was just a short walk to many restaurants and right in front of the beach with a fine view of the mountain from the shower. The cleanliness was great as well. Hotel facilities, including free cold water and snorkeling accessories, were available with pleasure. The breakfast served right in front of my room each morning was lovely and accommodating with a very good Wi-Fi connection.
Almost perfect.

The view from the roof terrace was breath-taking and the cooked-to-order breakfast with fresh fruit was a lovely touch. Snorkeling gear and life jackets being available was convenient for exploring the stunning coral reefs right outside.
The poor visibility in the rainy month and the occasional garbage in the water when snorkeling detracted from the experience. the Wi-Fi was not reliable which made it difficult to confirm flight arrangements.
